JR replaced a sensor on my truck after the check engine light came on. Throughout the process he was very friendly, honest, accommodating, and got me in and out very quickly at a very fair price! I will be bringing all my business to S&S from here on because I know JR is a mechanic I can trust! Highly recommend!
Attempted to replace my O2 sensor only to find out whoever installed the previous one cross threaded it and instead of doing what a competent person would and try and correctly install it they simply went full send so when I took the old one out the threads were completely destroyed. Called S and S and he got me in immediately, no questions asked! He went over multiple options of what he could do and kept me in the loop the entire time. I HIGHLY recommend him and will absolutely be using him in the future.
I highly recommend this auto shop. The price was good, but more importantly he did not try to sell me stuff or service I don't need. Very professional business!
I recently had work done on my Honda CR-V and was very impressed by the communication so I could understand what was going on. I found that Randy was very knowledgeable of the problem. He fixed it in one day as promised. It is also very comforting that he called about a week after the work to make sure everything was still okay. I took it by the shop so he could put eyes on it and could just check it himself to make sure everything was as it needed to be.
