Cody worked on my split unit today. It is really hard to find someone that will service this type of unit and even harder to find someone who will do it right! He was polite and professional and it is back working great! I will definitely be using them in the future!
Had our heat pump go out and S&S came promptly at the time they said they could be there. The technician Cody was awesome. He was friendly and courteous and quickly fixed the issue. I recommend S&S for any HVAC issues.

Cody kept us informed on the problem with our unit and the owner advised us on our best course of action. Cody kept us in the loop beginning with his planned arrival time. The work was completed and new unit, that was covered by our warranty, was fully operational even quicker than expected.
