This was my second year using S and S Lawn Services and will be my last. The crew they send to my house "takes turns cutting the lawns". Which means that one man did a half-assed job all year while the other took a nap in the truck. The final straw was 2 days ago, when I watched one of their men stealing drinks from me that were on my porch. Run away. Do not use their services. They will charge you a lot of money for terrible service. I used to do my mom's lawn every summer. This year I decided I needed a break. I came by her house after the lawn service had been there and I was shocked by what a horrible job they had done. The grass was cut way too short. Some areas were so bad that the mower blades went down to dirt. My mom has since canceled their services and I will start back mowing, weeding, mulching, trimming hedges, and anything else she needs and do a m... read more
I asked for a quote for their advertised clean up which included mulching,weeding beds and trimming two grasses. When I have mulch delivered I get 4 yards from Northern Va Ground Covers in Sterling for $150. I generally have some left over. I generally use Meadows farms for the clean up this year they were to busy Meadows farms price 635.00 this includes MULCH S&S PRICE 1600.00 They are charging 900.00 for MULCH!!!
