Service was fast, price was good for a new watchband replacement for a watch. Customer service was bad, a lady with a short hair helps us, but you can see clearly that she was bother that we went to make business there. She was rude!!! To say the least. After she finished the job, she just left the watch on the counter, gave us the price without eye contact, put the card machine on the counter and walked away, in a way that you can feel we were a bother to her .. I had them replace a watch battery. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced. Lady was super nice. I will go back.
They have sized several rings for us, they do an excellent job!

BY FAR THE BIGGEST SCAMMING JEWELRY SHOP IN THE WORLD. DO NOT HUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. They took in my Rolex GMT, swapped parts on it & then had the audacity to throw me out of their store when called out on it. I am currently going through litigation with these fraudsters. Please beware. They do not care about why or other than themselves.
