The absolute worst healthcare, steer clear away I could rate them with "0" stars I would!!!! Reps give false information to members (including in my case a check number & date approved stating claims have been processed and fully paid to providers, when in reality they HAVE NOT processed nor sent a check) and outright deny their dishonest behavior.
