Nope. We brought 2 screens in- one for reference for making a dupe and one that was bent. We were told the "person who does screens" could probably bend the one back and replace the corner and not have to be remade. We asked if they could pls call us w a quote before work was started. 3 weeks or so later, I get a call that our TWO screens are ready. TWO? Shouldn't there be 3? Don't go here if you're a woman looking for anything hardware-related if you don't want to experience the dubious pleasure of male condescension. I asked for a building material any hardware store should carry and male Worker A told me he had never heard of it in a tone and with a look that said exactly how stupid he thought I was, then flippantly asked male Worker B if *he* had ever heard of it. Twice now I have had to have the battery in my electronic car door opener replaced. Both times, the S & S counter person took as much time as was needed to make the replacement for me. At least 20 minutes in each case. Great service!
