My wife and I went in to get guidance and the replacement items for our dishwasher water line that broke and flooded our basement! Ramone was great, friendly and ensured we got the right things to fix our problem. Super friendly and helpful. So happy these Mom and Pop stores, especially the hardware ones, are still around. You don’t get that kind of service, kindness, neighborly help from the big stores. Support local stores!!! Thanks, Ramone, the stuff we got fixed our problem!!
Every time I go here they have what I need. Great place to get random tools or parts for a job without taking the time to go to a bigger store. I can be in and out in minutes and I am often greeted and helped by their staff
This place used to be great - very friendly, helpful employees. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case anymore. 2 stars ONLY because it's convenient.
This place is terrible, would give zero stars if I could, dropped off two screens here to get fixed. Took a month and a half for them to tell me that they are not able to fix them. Then when I tried to get refunded, they told me they can’t refund me without a receipt. Stay away, go somewhere else.
