A sweet and wonderful family who helped us while we were on vacation hundreds of miles from home. Enjoyed chatting with the mother who helps run the business while we waited. We would definitely recommend supporting them!
Camping nearby and the low oil light came on in the rental car. Stopped at S&S to ask about an oil change and he fit me in the next morning. Turned out to be a much larger issue - wrong oil filter had caused an oil leak. The owner/mechanic diagnosed it all easily, called me back to document everything that was wrong so I'd have proof to show the rental company, then noted low coolant and nearly bald tires too. My check engine light came on and car started shaking. Took it to this family owned place and they treated us right. Found out the problem because he has a code machine and very observant and experienced. Did not charge me a great deal. Put my mind to ease. Would reccomend this place to anyone local or out of town for any issue. He's definitely a problem solver.
