Excellent, professional, reasonable, and very friendly.
Tech was on time and very professional. He explained what he was going to do and why and completed everything in short order.
Great electricians, pulled new wire from my panel for dedicated plugs. Complex pull.
I contacted Generac to get a quote for a backup generator. They put me in touch with S&S. I exchanged emails with Jessica and set an appointment. I restructured my day to meet the technician. Thirty minutes past the appointment time I called to see where they were. They said they knew nothing about the appointment. I told them about the emails and they said they would figure out what happened and call me back. Well, no call, no email , no text. Save your self some time and avoid S&S.
Your drivers need to learn to drive properly, riding my bumper at less than 5 feet away on the highway going 70 is not acceptable.
