We had electricity problems and lost power to well so we had no water, he came out within an hour of calling and had the problem fixed in minutes, will definitely use them again!!
My circuit box is old and no one was able or willing to replace a blown circuit. I was finally able to reach Jim Simon who came out on a very cold day to resolve my problem in relatively short order and at reasonable cost. I want to thank Jim very much, and his wife for sending him out into the bitter cold to help someone who was beginning to feel desperate. He's the consummate professional and a very kind man.
