Sherri Wagner at S&S did an outstanding job for us. We came upon some surprises in our ductwork job mid-day Friday. Our installers were leaving to go out of state on Sunday. So, we had to get parts to finish the job Friday before closing time. Sherri immediately let us know that the parts we needed were in stock, prepared/sent the order, and enabled us to pick up the parts in the afternoon by 3pm. Sherri accomplished all this in about 3 hours! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you Sherri!
