My room mate ordered service and even prepaid 2 months. And still no pickup, so he called them today oh they said. I called yesterday and was told that they would pickup either yesterday or today. Well we are not very happy with this company

They’ve never sent us a bill or a letter it’s impossible to know if there’s an issue and until they stop taking the trash. We had a plan figured out to get an old bill paid and the current one taken care of and apparently the money has just been going to interest and they refused to pick up anymore trash even though the current can is paid and the old bill had money going towards it each month. Feels like a scam. Ending the service we will take our own trash.

The owners are so genuinely kind and helpful! It’s such a great thing to see in our community! My fiancée used to always be late putting the trash out, so the owner would honk an extra time before coming down our road to try to make sure my fiancée would hear him and bring the trash out on time. He even will wait for him if this happens. Very rare to see people being patient for one another these days, but very much appreciated!
