About 6 months ago. I ordered two full loads of 3000 psi mix for a small shop floor and called for the second load to be 20-30 behind the first. Not only was the first truck 55 minutes late but the second truck was over two hours behind the first leaving me with a big fat cold joint. The mix was not as spec'ed either. I ordered it to be delivered at a 5-6 slump maximum. As soon as the driver got to the site he added 10 gals. of water without consulting myself or the crew.
