While we have great respect for the doctor, the front desk experience was extremely unprofessional. The staff member attempted to assess and determine the medical issue before allowing the patient to schedule an appointment, which is not her role. She also provided misinformation and misled us into believing an emergency appointment would be available. This created an unnecessary barrier to care and left a very poor impression.

I've been coming to this place for over 20 years. Dr. Chen is the best dentist! He's patient and very professional. I highly recommend this place to everyone
The most honest dentist I have ever met after I tried more than 10 dentists. Love love love doctor Chen 's conservative treatment style, he would never do over treatment in your mouth and you pay a super reasonable price only!
