I was coming to this place for my oil changes. I asked them do they check fluids and everything, they said yes. The first oil change was good, so I thought. Went back a second time and oil light came on a few weeks later. It needed oil and they charged me Xtra for the type of oil I needed. This last time, it's been about a month now. I have no fluids in my car(coolant bone dry), almost blew my motor up. Had to spend money on a tow truck and pay for a full service inspection at another shop. Will never come back again. Great local mechanic shop. Not overpriced Friendly staff.
Went back 3 times spent almost 1,000 bucks. The first 2 times they were supposed to fix the problems. I got in the car and the messed my car up!! It still made the sound i was trying to fix on top of that my car was skipping when im idle and driving. Sent it back they claimed then it was something completely different but my car never did or had that issue until i took it to get the original problem fixed. Very much experience and very nice environment
It’s hard to find a good repair shop these days, but S&S doesn’t disappoint. Friendly, reliable, capable and they will legitimately tell you when a repair just isn’t worth the money. They value returning customers over pennies. I’ve been using them since we PCS’d to Ft Bragg three years ago. Every experience has been great but two stand out for me; 1.
