Metal parts with sharp edges, wrapped in bubble wrap, resulted in a damaged shipment. They replaced the item at no cost. The second item arrived slightly damaged, but serviceable. I then realized I ordered an item that was too small, and sought to return it. It was past their 30 day return policy window. Even though the order wasn’t completed until 32 days after the order was placed. I offered to pay shipping and the 10% restocking fee and was declined.
