Dr. Gruene is extremely arrogant, and dismissive of my concerns. Misdiagnosed me, after refusing to examine me. She assumed that my reciepts from emergency clinics, for 8 kidney infections in 8 months, were papers I printed off the internet. She insulted me, laughed at me, and refused to look at my evidence.. Causing me to have to handle my issues on my own, and suffer extensive kidney damage. She said, "I went to medical school!" I said, "Well, I can't tell !" I wouldn't take my dog to her.
I was a bit disappointed that they didn’t try to address my concerns about a medication that was prescribed which I declined to take, since the side effects are not what I’m ok with. Was hoping for a conversation for alternatives. Crickets…. I’ve opted for diet change and recheck labs in 6 months. I was also quite nervous about the colonoscopy, and had asked if the dr could have a conversation with me for reassurance. Again, crickets… I’ll continue to go here, but hope, going forward, that there’s a more personal connection.

She has been my wonderful doctor since 1999. Has always been a blessing for me. Her knowledge is amazing. Her care non better.
