Such a relief to find on the website the STORE IS ONLY CLOSED FOR WINTER. As a busy working mom, I never realized how much I appreciated them. Matt is a pro when it comes to balancing the chemicals in your pool or spa, and he is amazingly quick and efficient. It literally takes him less than 5 mins to test your water, provide a treatment plan, and even load the heavy products in your car. He won't judge you for repeatedly letting your pool go green. He simply prescribes the fix and sends you on your way.
We highly recommend S & R Pools! They installed a beautiful new vinyl liner into our pool. All contacts were extremely professional and above-board. For example, we were aware of some issues with the coping on our pool snd Shawn recommended a few things during installation to correct some of the issues. All calls/texts were returned and items addressed. We would definitely work with them again in the future should we decide to get a safety cover. We were quite impressed with this small business.
Inacurate working hours. Came all the way to find out it's not working half of the week
