What do you mean by a company that doesn't answer the phone, only emails after they make the contract, they say one thing and do another, for example, we agreed to take the trash out of the pool, supposedly it was to take the trash out but we didn't do that, I sent an email and they replied two days later claiming that the company wouldn't take the trash but would remove it from the pool, about the workers they did a great job I have no complaints, but the company needs to improve communication a lot and it's clarity that th... read more
