I was S&R customer for about 25 years.I purchased from them many items.Some of them were available in store some not but always friendly staff was willing to offer and help me order whatever I need and not currently available in their store.Simply always pleasure dealing with S&R owners and their staff.Hope they will be able to find and open physical store soon so that collectors and other enthusiastic customers will be able to enjoy shopping in one of the best knife store in Canada.Cheers

I bought 4 knives there and would have bought 2 other ones from there but sometimes the guys not patient enough with me so I change my mind because if I can't really fall in love with a knife in hand I won't buy it. I say this because they actually have good service but I think this issue could have sold me at least 4 other knives by now that I got elsewhere because It seemed as though the guy was annoyed with simply waiting a little...
