I have been a customer of S&R Auto for more than 15 years (2 Mercedes, 1 Volvo, 1 BMW) and I have been extremely pleased with the level of service and professionalism that I have received. The owner (Sean) is extremely knowledgeable on every import and is extremely trustworthy. I don’t typically write reviews, but given his recent work on my Merc Bluetec Diesel and how well it runs with 200k+ miles, I felt compelled to share with others how good this shop is!
I was pleased with the service done on my Infiniti & also the price was reasonable. He had my car ready in 1 day so I was happy & did not have to be inconvenienced getting a way to work! He also called the next day to follow up & make sure everything was good! I would recommend.
I took my BMW 335iS M-Sport coupe here back I think in early 2022 due to faulty sensors and a module needing replacement (I cannot recall the exact name of the electrical component that malfunctioned and was replaced). Here was my personal experience...I called in first and was told to bring the car in the next day or so. I did not have to wait long thankfully. I just had my BMW X5 Turbo diesel worked on and I thought it was just a coolant leak, but after further inspection there was a lot more that needed to be fixed! So glad I took it to S&R they went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was completely fixed and the price was definitely reasonable! So much cheaper than other places and dealership! If you have a foreign car this is the place you want to get it worked on at!
S&R IAS My car was diagnosed and fixed to factory spec's. This service center found the issue and called me he told me what he recommended and the price was fair. I'm very satisfied with my experience.
