My shop has been buying from this co. for years. We recently got a box of tire patches with pilot wire. The wire that is used to pull the plug through from the inside to the outside falls off of everyone in the box. there are 25 of them in the box. We repair approximately one tire a week so it took us a while to realize the entire box was junk. S&R refused to do anything about it. They told us sorry get lost.
