THE OWNER RALPH IS HORRIBLE AND EXTREMELY RUDE, NO CISTOMER SERVICE, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, MISLEADING CUSTOMERS BY MAKING THEM PAY FOR STORAGE WHILE HE PARKS YOUR CAR ON THE STREET. BIGGEST SCAM ARTIST. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE TO EVEN MY ENNEMIIES.

This place is by far the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. Had the car 2 weeks to do the bumper and fender after promisingI would have it back in 4-5 days. left messages for days they just ignore you. When I got it back never put the inserts in the bumper and chipped the paint off both door. I went back several days and gave him the opportunity to fix it. This place tries to rob people out of their hard earn money. I went here after having AC problems. $120 later, I left being told I have to pay $500 for a new AC compressor. The workers there were hungry looking men who behaved like they never saw a female before....smfh. After much research, I found a new compressor for my car for less than $200 and the labor will cost about $125. I wish I would have look into this place before taking my car there.
