After a botched roofing job and wind damage my manufacturer reached out to Sebastian to fix the problem. From the day he took on the job he took the initiative and legwork that I didn't have time to deal with and went the extra mile. Even though S Phoenix didn't install the roof Sebastian did a thorough inspection and addressed issues that weren't obvious to me and pointed out and documented further shortfalls of the previous install. Sebastian is a very well organized contractor. He is dependable and overall self-motivated. He started my full-home rehab in Ocean Shores, WA in August 2024 and was done by October of that year. He demonstrated lots of care and accountability during the project, keeping me constantly updated. In regard to quality of work, I have no complaints there given that he is detailed oriented. Sebastian and his team have completed two significant home projects for us and both times have been great experiences. From the initial estimate, the communication aspects, the actual work performed, and the walkthrough at finish, S Phoenix Construction LLC is far and away the most professional contractor I have ever hired.
