Sebastian is a very well organized contractor. He is dependable and overall self-motivated. He started my full-home rehab in Ocean Shores, WA in August 2024 and was done by October of that year. He demonstrated lots of care and accountability during the project, keeping me constantly updated. In regard to quality of work, I have no complaints there given that he is detailed oriented. From the initial estimate, the communication aspects, the actual work performed, and the walkthrough at finish, S Phoenix Construction LLC is far and away the most professional contractor I have ever hired.
