I've owned my SP-Teri's for 10 years (I'm a light user) and they are wonderful skates. Super comfortable and high-quality, even at the "Intermediate" level boots. More recently, I had to get my blades replaced due to rust from flooding in my residence. Bill was very accommodating, communicative, and helpful with making this replacement. When you call, be sure to choose the selection to speak to Bill instead of leaving a voicemail, as that seems to be the best way to get in touch.
