I highly recommend SO Service – Ever since they moved to Coral Way, the the staff and store have been very organized. In fact I have been going to them for over 15 years and service has been excellent consistently! When parts have been ordered, they were the correct part. Even if I brought in an old small appliance they couldn't fix, I was given excellent advice. I highly recommend this small jewel of a repair shop. They are an authorized Sunbeam repair shop, but handle other brands too.

Very Satisfied with SO SERVICE – When our small appliances need servicing, this is THE GO TO place for my family and myself. They have proven to be very helpful over the years and very well informed about replacement parts and service. Even when your appliance is not repairable or not feasible to repair, you can expect an honest answer from them. We had an issue recently with our old workhorse Oster Classic blender gone bad. Rude and incompetent – Shop dirty and unorganized. I expected better service, even if they could not repair my Norelco product. I did not appreicate having to call repeatedly - with no response unti I walked into confront them. Did not recieve call from them - nor would their "business" phone accept incoming calls, despite the owner answering "hello." No voice mail messages were replied to.
