I had a great experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful, with smiles. The building and spaces were spotless and my dr. Was awesome. She explained everything fully and in a way that was easy to understand. I was very comfortable and glad I kept my appointment.
Dr. Nagella was exceptional. She was patient, attentive, and very thorough throughout my visit. She took the time to sit down with me, listen to my concerns, and answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made me feel comfortable, respected, and confident in my healthcare decisions. Her compassion, professionalism, and sincere concern for my well-being were evident throughout the entire appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Nagella to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring physician.
I've been seeing Dr. Nagella for about 4 yrs now and I truly love my experience, every time. She listens, she never rushes and she remembers who I am and my history from year to year! I moved to Fort Myers about 3 yrs ago but I still drive 2.5 hrs to see her!!
