Really average quality. Sad to say, just another chop shop. I asked for the gel bottle product as usually you have to have taken one of their course to use their product. Clear the technician had no idea what she want doing. I flipped my hand to create the Alexa and she looked at me weird. She couldn’t manœuvre the product, and punched it right up to cuticles…but no no

I'm really torn about this review because on the one hand, this is my go-to spot mainly because they are consistently fast and reasonably priced, however... lately the professionalism and kindness seems to be missing- there is a sense of annoyance and exasperation from the staff. I don't underestimate the difficult, frustrating, and often thankless job they do and I am always really grateful monetarily and in my actions and verbally but it's hard to feel welcomed here lately.
