We would definitely come back for our future car needs. They fixed the problem in a timely manner. Extremely professional and caring staff. Stefano (hope I spelled it right) was awesome. Fair and lowest price around for what we needed fixed. There was an issue with Hertz company (same building) and drop boxes. Just if you go to S&N and need to drop your vehicle off overnight make sure you drop the keys off to the correct box in back or else your car will get ransacked from the Hertz staff.
Service not done in a timely manner especially not by the 3 different times they gave me.
Very professional and friendly service. All around the best service I have gotten. Since the first time I had my oil change to the 20 more times I came in for any little or big thing I needed to have done on my car, they had the knowledge to do it. Always looking out for the well being of the any customer that walks through the door. I have been getting services from them for 2 years. Never had a problem the whole time. Fair prices and great service.
