A package from S Mark Beauty was delivered to my house, for another address so I called S Mark Beauty to let them know. The customer service person that I spoke with at was very grateful that I called and dispatched a courier pick up the box and deliver to the customer. When I got home from work today I was pleasantly surprised with a package addressed to me from S Mark Beauty with a thank you note and a bottle of shampoo and conditioner. It made my day.
