I had my boiler replaced by S&M a week ago, prompt service, lovely staff, boiler was running after a day all sorted in a day and a half. The man John(I think rubbish at names, sorry John?) was so lovely and easy going and put up with our dog and cat running around.
S&M have done a few jobs for us, a bathroom refit for our daughter, a new stop tap, and most recently a new soil pipe installation. All the jobs have been completed on time, to a high quality, and at reasonable cost. Mike and Albert have been particularly helpful when discussing the work, with sensible and honest advice. We will definitely be using them again at some point.
Had Boiler replaced. Good service, good price. Would recommend.
Had a new boiler and bathroom fitted. Came across a few problems due to issues with the house along the way that they were able to resolve (not everyone would've done this).Excellent work, very friendly and helpful. Helped with design and items for the bathroom. Cleaned everything. Highly recommend. Pleased with both jobs, good price. Done a couple of emergency plumbing jobs in the past, came out same day and fixed problem.
This is an exceptional company who go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t praise John and Tash highly enough for their professionalism and customer service. My mum had used them previously to service her boiler and then today I had to call them out again when I noticed she had an issue with her cold-water tank in the loft. I explained the situation to Tash who then very kindly arranged for John to come out straight away. Amazing service and lovely people to deal with.
