This is an exceptional company who go the extra mile for their customers. I can’t praise John and Tash highly enough for their professionalism and customer service. My mum had used them previously to service her boiler and then today I had to call them out again when I noticed she had an issue with her cold-water tank in the loft. I explained the situation to Tash who then very kindly arranged for John to come out straight away. Amazing service and lovely people to deal with.

I can’t recommend stefan and jay enough, having waiting months for other plumbers to return to fix a cold radiator, they arrived on time and within 2 hrs the house was like a sauna. Both guys were so courteous and polite, they had promised me they wouldn’t leave without radiator working and they fulfilled their promise. 5***** does not give them enough credit, thanks guys.
Can’t fault this company, I would highly recommend them, great work completed well within schedule, worked to a professional and high standard, John was very knowledgeable and explained everything easily for me, great personality and good choice in radio listening. On the whole a great company to do your job
