Sad company very rude.
The receptionist was very rude! Very independent like it's a privilege for you to come here and buy from us. We drove 70 miles one way because of an advertisement they had on the web page pricing a trailer and when we arrived and ask about the double wide she told us. Oh we do not have that trailer anymore it is sold and gone. So I said why did you not update your advertisement. We just didn't she said. The Salmons Family We recently purchased a mobile home from S&M Homes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They offer some of the best prices around, and their customer service is truly outstanding. Should be zero. Awful experience still battling with our attorney coming up on 2 years of dealing with a mess. Treated like we were a bother after paying cash & the workmanship is terrible. Our home was inspected by the Dept of Labor. Per their report it wasn’t even strapped down correctly. The finish work is awful. The worst experience ever.
