I LOVE this place!!! They made everything seamless. They communicated really well and explained thoroughly. My house looked better than the model!! Every lady in there was super sweet and helpful. Delivery was right on time with all the parts needed. I love this place. DEFINITELY recommend!!!
If I hadn't found S & M homes I wouldn't have been able to afford a new home. Their prices are so much better than other dealers around and they sell the same homes. I've seen my exact model home for $30,000 more at other dealers. They did everything they promised to do. I didn't have any problems with them. I find my own bank for the mortgage. I didn't care for the company they recommended.
Ordered and purchased my home in May, It was delivered in November. For me the process was seamless and easy as I wasn't in a rush and I wanted things built with care. There wasn't much communication between May-October but really didn't feel their was a need on the day of purchase they informed me when they had a landing date they would call to schedule the site visit, which they did. Long one but worth a read for sure. After traveling from NH to WV, and emailing prior, I was told to stop in anytime to tour the model homes. I stopped in at 10am on 11/24/2025 with the intention to BUY a mobile home that morning. I can only assume that I must have interrupted a meeting as there were about six people standing around when I walked in giving me the side eye, so I nicely said good morning and asked if I could get some assistance trying to figure out what mobile home I was going to buy.
