Terrible communication on their part. Very rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. Heather at the front desk is very snarky and rude on the phone. They couldn’t get our footer date and our delivery dates for the life them. And when they finally got them about 8 months after we ordered we had to call them to find out. Terrible experience. No communication. They’re very awful to deal with. The main woman is snarky and stuck up. Doesn’t care about the customer, only the money. I would buy from somewhere else. Do not waste your time with these rip offs. I will never recommend them to anyone. The main woman was extremely rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend while we were trying to sort things out. Go to some where else to buy your home, even if you have to spend extra.
Worst company to ever buy from. No communication and no customer service. They do not follow guidelines for permits and there timeline for the home to be delivered and set up is extremely off. If they say 6-8 months it is more like 12-15 months.
If zero stars could be an option that is what I would leave! Absolute terrible company they do not care a single bit about the customer. As long as they get the money they forget about you. Messes where left told they where our job to clean, doors weren’t put in/on and they have brought the wrong brackets for the same door THREE different times and told us that it’s not there problem they order the wrong parts.
