Worst company to ever buy from. No communication and no customer service. They do not follow guidelines for permits and there timeline for the home to be delivered and set up is extremely off. If they say 6-8 months it is more like 12-15 months.
If zero stars could be an option that is what I would leave! Absolute terrible company they do not care a single bit about the customer. As long as they get the money they forget about you. Messes where left told they where our job to clean, doors weren’t put in/on and they have brought the wrong brackets for the same door THREE different times and told us that it’s not there problem they order the wrong parts. Customer service was terrible
We just purchased the Diamond, Philip & his crew did great work he always answered any questions we had he went above & beyond for us! Greg also done our final walkthrough, he was awesome! He Informed us about everything through the house, & was just an overall great person to work with. we are very happy with our purchase!
