Deborah the head of human resources/ Chief of people, is the rudest person I have ever had dealings with, I can’t believe this company has people like that working for them, if you have to deal with her I wish you luck because she just completely turned me away from this company.
Needs to be renamed FAKE. Talks a big talk on customer satisfaction, but doesn't deliver. Poor leadership who ignores customers and staff who blames customers for their own disorganization and mistakes. Employees lying, making excuses, and zero accountability from leadership. Also, serving up slop at Flavortown which has been exposed by well known influencers. Better start listening to your customers. Proverbs, valid criticism is like gold. Beyond disappointed and absolutely will never patronize your business again!
