I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with S M Air. From the moment their technician arrived, the encounter was marked by a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Firstly, the technician refused to explain what they were doing at any point during the visit. I asked multiple times for a brief overview or any information regarding the issues they were addressing, but I was met with vague responses and an unwillingness to communicate. Tech was great
Avoid this company. Tried to have A/C serviced and ended up with a non-functional system and had to pay someone else to fix it. I have an open complaint with BBB due to their incompetence. FYI I did not have Sam come to house and result may have been different if he was service person since I have seen multiple positive reviews.
Sam is awesome he came to my home on a home warranty went above and beyond got us up a running then ultimately came back out to replace our ac and furnace very nice and courteous very professional
