I was very impressed with the range of services they provide. I was also pleased that I received professional service in a timely manner...there was a lot of waiting time. Everyone was friendly and I felt like I was being treated as an individual, not just another case to be processed. Even my referring physician gave the lead Dr high marks when I asked for a referral.
Friendly check in. Easy to schedule procedure. Questions answered. Polite attentive assistant. Knowledgable NP.
Brought my Mother in today to get an ultrasound and assessment. People were friendly and inviting. No issues with parking or entry as everything is self explanatory. The person that did the ultrasound was pleasant and explained what he was doing/looking for. Dr. Was good at explaining options and answering questions.
Very professional!!!! Explained to me in layman terms, not a lot of medical jargon ! The whole procedure was VERY COMFORTABLE and painless ! The staff was very compassionate and caring. I recommend NEW ENGLAND ENDOVASCULAR CENTER VERY MUCH !
The care and professionalism was the best I have ever had. From the minute of my first visit to my last visit for my follow-up. The Dr’s, PA’s and customer service personnel were outstanding. Without a doubt the best I have ever had the pleasure to know. Sincerely Gail Goodenow
