Wait time was brief, and iPad easy to complete for documentation. Our NP Danielle was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. All was efficient, clean, inviting, and modern.
I had a GAE procedure today at New England Endoavascular Center. I was very impressed with them. My appointment was at 7.00 AM. They took me right on time. No waiting. The people there were very kind and considerate. Made me feel very comfortable.since I am a very nervous person. Dr. Kahn was the best. I recommend him. All the staff is Great. They make you feel Special and welcome you and treat you very well. I loved it there and well recommend them to everyone Thank You all for your Kindness and Care Regina Ekmalian
Welcoming and friendly front’s desk staff. Medical staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Listened respectfully, carefully and patiently to me. I got the impression that they were really there to help me, not rush off to the next patient. I would highly recommend this practice.
We have been here twice. I’m sure the medical care itself is perfectly fine. But this is not a trans-friendly, trans-welcoming practice. They are ignorant about using inclusive language and ignorant about other issues including trauma experienced by trans folks. One person in particular at the front desk was particularly obtuse and defensive.
