I've been coming here for years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. The technician during my visit was polite, but the overall service and how the situation was handled afterward is what ultimately lost me as a client. I paid for the Refresh pedicure, which is one of the higher pedicure they offer, and the work wasn't done correctly or with care. This is my favorite salon in the area. All the employees are friendly and efficient and the salon is so well-kept and chic. Vivian is my go-to girl and she always takes the best care of me. She pays attention to detail, takes her time and has become a true friend of mine. I also love the ability to text to set up my appointments. They offer so many services make sure to check them out !
