We met Kris last year when he came & cleaned our rug which was dreadfully stained in many places by sickness from our poorly dog. We were going to throw it out & get another but Kris said he would do his best but made no promises. The results were fantastic & we were very impressed with his extensive knowledge of how to clean & look after rugs & carpets.
