I recently got engaged and needed to resize my ring. Everyone was incredibly friendly and Madison was very helpful. I was told the process could take up to 7-10 days, so I was genuinely excited and grateful to have it completed the same day!

I made two attempts to resize my engagement ring with Steve Lennon's. On the first resize, it was too tight. I thought this was my mistake (I was sizing based on my band) and Steve was happy to help again. After the second resize, my ring remained too tight. I was able to get it over my knuckle (painfully) but couldn't remove the ring. I told the salesclerk immediately after and was rushed out the door with a "happy holidays". Steve and his team do amazing work! My engagement ring came out Exactly expected! We loved the services so much we came back for my wedding band. The service hospitable and the picking out the ring was an easy decision. My husband and I highly recommend!
