Called Danny Lalonde to fix a damaged wire connecting the dishwasher. He gave me an appointment 2 week later but rescheduled twice making me wait 2 more weeks with no dishwasher. When he finally came he said he would pass a new wire through the ceiling in the basement using the opening of the spotlight. Next thing I know he is drilling a hole in my drywall next to the electric panel without my permission. Then tells me he needs to drill 2 more holes - one above the panel and one on the ceiling! I refused so he found another ... read more
