Steve and his team did a great job replacing our roof. When I first met Steve, he gave me a list of references. I called at least a dozen and heard only good things about him and his company. That and a competitive quote was the reason we went with him. Our flat roof ( 30,000 sq. ft.) was very old and had many leaks. Approximately 138 tons of roof material was removed and 15 penetrations were removed and sealed. The job was completed in a timely manner with no surprises. I would recommend S&L to anyone needing a roof.
Steve and his crew did a great job installing new roof over our older industrial warehouse. The building is used for storage, is very old, and the existing roof was in rough shape with many leaks. The new roof is performing well and the job was done efficiently and on time. Steve is professional and clearly explains the project, means and methods of installation, and outlines the schedule ahead of time. We are very happy with our decision to move forward with S&L Roof Systems.
