With all of the positive reviews, my family and I expected a much better experience than what we received. The biggest issue was communication. We were given a timeline that was never followed, updates were inconsistent, and once the final payment was made, communication essentially stopped. Our family is very happy with the work they did. One of the reasons we were hesitant on getting a pool was because of the permits and all the work it takes, but they made the process very easy. Their team is always ready to answer any questions even when after they have completed the job. They also installed the cover for the winter. If I could choose someone to install our pool, I would choose S&L Pool Installation all over again
