Kendrick was wonderful to work with. He was not pushy, but stayed attentive to my needs. He was honest and professional. He laughed with us and it made me feel much less nervous. Mike jumped in and finalized things perfectly. He listened to my budget and looked out for my best interest. I’ll be getting my future Jeeps from S & L!
So I went in with my wife's truck due to it having the same issue for over a year..Everytime we go in the same one grouchy lady welcomes you sternly like she has better things to do ... Then she finds out it isn't her ticket and very sharply says you will have to wait for your service writer.. well guess what round three was a bust no mil light, yet there techs heard and witnessed the problem..told us it was the 91 octane that was doing it and to run 87 octane ..this after 2 previous times.. so before I picked the truck I ca... read more
I really enjoyed the experience there they got me into a car I was looking for and really enjoy. Tim the sales guy was very professional and very patient when dealing with me. I got a good deal and when they needed to work on car they even gave me a rental to use they took very good care of me and my new ride. Smiles all around. If I ever have to get a new car these guys Tim especially is one sales person I would go see to handle my situations
Poor customer service. Went with a friend to pick up a car-Ended up being there for hours during that time not a single worker talked to us. Even when we first arrived. We had to walk and find a dealer to talk to. We walked around for hours looking at cars to waste some time. Again no one talked to us. No one checked on us....
After a long 9 weeks without my truck, I’m happy to say I finally have it back with a new transmission and everything is running as it should. The process started off frustrating, mainly due to limited communication and uncertainty around the repair. However, once concerns were raised, the team at the dealership, specifically Jammey, significantly improved their communication and kept me informed more consistently through the remainder of the process.
