I seen a doctor green? Building dirty and nasty, Dr doesn't allow you to talk or submit any information that is needed or that he may need ,,, X-ray machine is cracked, everything in building is like 1980s ?? Having to call front desk to open door?? a window is very unprofessional, girl at front desk and x ray tech just spoke out loud about there weekend with and with out each other very disappointed uncomfortable and told x tech that it was cracked! He said it doesn't matter? Very disappointed and confused...
Although the Staff was Nice The Dr , I didn't Trust... This Dr Green! He asked me questions that didn't bother to let me ask him or didn't care for me to ask him any questions he said in regards to what the doctor put about open heart surgery but he didn't let me comment he was rude and cut me off because my cardiologist did recommend and said it was a possibility for open heart surgery and he recommended the pacemaker as well and on me being blind they didn't say I was blind I cannot see without my glasses everything is blu... read more

I was scheduled for an appt today, a Sunday, and while it was an inconvenient time I went anyway. I spent $60 on Lyft to get there just to find they were closed. Another patient was there as well with an appt after mine. I received two reminders last week of this appt. Extremely unprofessional to schedule appts and not bother showing up to work. Infuriating.
The California Department Of Social Services, Disability Determination Service Division has contracted S&L MEDICAL GROUP to perform what are known as "Disability Evaluation Examinations" on both adults and minors who are on SSDI or SSI. Under federal guidelines, if a state agency is issued a medical report performed by a state licensed physician that a person is no longer deemed "disabled" the report can be passed to the Social Security Administration.
