My company purchased a new Clark forklift from Darr. After a month, Darr came and picked up the new forklift, saying the transmission had a recall on it. We have been without a replacement from Darr for almost a month now. They did offer to RENT us a forklift, until the machine we are still paying for is fixed and returned. Absolutely terrible customer service!! Beware buying from this company.
No call no show. I scheduled a service call for them to show up and troubleshoot our forklift. The lady was very nice and said a technician would be there by 9 AM Tuesday morning because Monday was completely booked up. They never showed up. And I’m literally down the street from them.
