Larry Jensen is by far, the worst landlord I've ever rented from. He steals peoples hard earned money & makes up false reasons as to why he is keeping their money. He had me move the previously evicted tenants belongings out & had me clean & re-paint the entire unit, including purchasing all the supplies & paint. He has refused to reimburse me for any of it.
