Just before the July 4th holiday my 30 year old Friedrich a/c died, and we were in the middle of a heat wave. I called S&L and spoke to Jay. He knew exactly which new model would fit into my wall sleeve, and had it in stock. On Tuesday morning Mark arrived with 2 men and my new a/c. They removed my old machine, the installation went smoothly and they showed me how to use the remote. You can't get better service than this. These guys are terrific.
They were recommended to me by Fredrich as an authorized service company. The guy who answered the phone. I don't know if he was having a bad day? But he was rude and combative. I finally hung up. I don't want him coming over to my apartment and having to deal with him any further.
