I had a mini split unit installed by S&L today. A friend of mine recommended this company and I really appreciate his recommendation. S&L was very efficient, professional, honest, provided great customer service, and the cost was reasonable. I will use S&L for all of my future AC and heating needs! I highly recommned this company to anybody who is looking for a heating and cooling services! I really appreciate your team's skill and great customer service!
First of all the same-day service for a nonemergency was amazing. Alex came in was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and fixed the problem within 20 minutes. I wish I had gotten a picture of it, but at one point, I went back into the laundry room, and Alex was sitting on the floor working And my dog was right next to him supervising. And then I got the invoice and was floored at how inexpensive It was considering it was the same day service! 10/10 Would highly recommend! I will be calling S&L For all future HVAC needs!
Emergency installation of a new natural gas furnace. The furnace went out and it needed a new supply fan motor and gas valve. The furnace was 35 years old. The parts would take seven business days to get obviously we went for a new furnace and it was installed the next day. Professional company, extremely personable and highly recommend them.
Stephen came over on very short notice to diagnose a problem, and was able to get the part and return the next day, at my requested time, to make the repair.
