My experience with S&L: Jorge was very polite and professional. I felt comfortable having him in my home. He explained everything before they started so I knew what to expect. Everything went back in its proper place for the most part. I did have a question and he directed me to call the company to speak w/ a technician. I appreciated that a lot instead of him telling me something wrong or misleading. I will definitely use S&L again!

He quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioner and had it fixed within 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain what caused the problem and walked me through helpful steps I can take to prevent it from happening again. Great service, knowledgeable, and respectful, highly recommend!
So pleased with the service I received. The serviceman Steven, was on time, personable and took his time to explain the work required on my air conditioner. Very pleased and will use S&L again!
