Steve and his staff are professionals who know their sewing machines. Our communications were clear and my machine was ready at the time promised. It is now working very well. This was a routine maintenance checkup and cleaning. My little 3/4 Janome sewing machine was a gift around 2006 from my late Mom. It has a lot of meaning for me. I am so glad Steve agreed to take on the job.
I’m so lucky I found this place. Steven Kaplan and his team went above and beyond to help solve my sewing machine problems. Great service. Friendly. They listen to my needs. Singh did a great job in a pinch to get my machine up and going. 5 stars for sure.
Excellent service and communication from Steven and his team. They serviced two of our machines and cleanly welded a broken part that could not be sourced from Mfg.
Found on a recommendation. Kaplan built me a walking needle 300w with a puller. It’s been in service for years and still runs perfectly. No issues and was pleasant to do business with.
