Absolute shambles!!!! I am so angry right now. We drove 2 and a half hours to Reading to test drive a car. We had arranged it for 12pm Thursday. When we arrived, we rang the man like he told us to, but he told us that he'd sold the car the day before. We asked why he hadn't told us, and his excuse was that our appointment wasn't until Thursday....it WAS Thursday! We had to keep repeating this to him. He doesn't even know what bloody day it is!! Dealer was thorough, pleasant, accommodating, not pushy, transparent and fair. The car was, generally, as described, needed a new front tyre, a parcel shelf and the aircon re-gassing.. All these were catered for on the spot and the car drove 220 miles back home without a hiccup. On the whole very pleased, would highly recommend and will buy from again in the future.

I would not recommend this dealer. I believe they sell cars through deceit. The dealer deliberately omitted to tell me of the huge list of MOT faults and advisories beforehand. The car broke down within 2 weeks of purchase and when I got it inspected, the amount of work would have amounted to £1000. I eventually received a refund but minus an extortionate mileage fee. This dealer is a SCAM.
