We have used S & K for a couple years now and always feel like Steve has our best interest in mind. He gives us options and the pro’s and con’s of each choice. He is reliable, trustworthy and flexible with scheduling.
I have relied on S & K for many years now. They have always been honest, and have dealt fairly with me. For many years, they would help with the AC system that the builder had originally installed. So when it came time for us to replace our system, we immediately thought of them. Steve made a point of showing us the options that were available, and discussing the pros and cons. We have been very happy with them, throughout the years, and we actually do recommend them to our friends!
S&K came recommended by a friend and at the time I got a few quotes. I thought Steve was knowledgeable and honest and ultimately I chose him to install my new system 2 years ago. I was mostly pleased until recently when my entire system quit and I called several times and left messages and no return call. After waiting a couple of days I called someone else to fix it.
