Owner was professional and extremely helpful. Didn’t have to give me instructions over the phone to repair my unit but he did. The owners are good people.
I’m really surprised by the couple of negative comments. I’m kinda suspicious if it might be coming from competition maybe. I have been using this company for over a decade. Always professional, always kind, and always makes sure that I am taken care of. They service my home and the shopping center where I work. I highly recommend S&K.
AC quit working and I called for service that afternoon. I was told I would get a call between 730 and 8 the next morning from a technician to come check it. At 815, still no call so I called another place to give my business to.
Started and never finished job. Stay away from these guys.
Something is going on with S&K. Used to be a good company. Now, You can't leave a message because their "mailbox is full" and when you do get someone to answer the office phone they say someone will call back. They Never Do! Are they in business or not? Best to try elsewhere if you really need service.
